How to curb halitosis exposed (Is your bf/gf buying you mint everytime?)

Halitosis

A trending truth is that most mouths give away offensive odours when engaged in talking, even whispers. If you notice your boyfriend or girlfriend buys you gum or mints anytime you are about to get intimate or talk, trust me, the odour oozing outta your mouth is hell. If you wanna leave this zone of individuals, try these steps below:

  • Wash your mouth at least twice every day. Brush before you leave home in the morning, brush before you retire to bed at night.
  • Avoid eating without drinking: most people believe the odour comes only from the mouth but the bitter truth is that gases from fermented food materials and the likes oozes from the gut through your mouth. When you eat and you don't drink enough water, this encourages unpleasant gases and also unwanted materials won't leave your gut as fast and they can always send gases through your mouth. So, drink enough water and see the magic!
  • Learn how to brush well: It is surprising that even most adults believe that the extent at which your mouth can be cleaned depends on just the "hardness" and "quality/quantity of tooth-paste" used. This is very wrong, You can however learn how to brush by clicking here.
  • Have a mouth wash after taking concoctions or food materials like garlic: If you are the type who loves taking local concoctions, or you are the trado-medical type who believes herbs, make sure you have a mouth-wash after taking herbs with strong odours. A good remedy to avoid this after taking garlic is eating parsley. Try this and thank me later!
  • Rinse your mouth with water after every meal: make it a point of duty to rinse every nook and cranny of your mouth with water after every meal. this helps to keep your mouth fresh. However when you fail to do this, bacteria in your mouth can always feed on these remnants and proliferate, their products give rise to unpleasant odour in your mouth. This is the reason why odour is greater in the morning when you don't wash before going to bed the previous day.
  • Avoid sugary things: these things e.g. sweet, gums contain sugar that helps the growth of bacteria in your mouth, avoid them at all cost! If you cannot do without gum, try "no sugar" gums.
